2024 nMB National Broker Conference – Cairns
In 2024, We hosted over 200 attendees our Annual Broker Conference in Cairns, and what an incredible couple of days it was!
The conference was a standout, with highlights including the invaluable face-to-face connections made, the profound inspiration drawn from our keynote speakers, and the brilliance of Andrew Klein, back for the 5th time as our MC, who never fails to impress!

Jacqui Cooper & Jana Pittman for highlighting the importance of persistence and inner strength. Bill Nikolouzakis for his insights on creating a customer experience that turns clients into promoters and driving repeat and referral business. Mark Mathews’ incredible journey and redemption story and the importance of resilience & gratitude. Our broker panel who shared invaluable to building great businesses. And last, but certainly not least, Michael McQueen’s discussion on AI and future generations provided a thought-provoking glimpse into the future of technology and the workforce and their profound impact on business. Every moment inspired growth.
To close out the conference, we celebrated the achievements of our broker community at our annual Awards Dinner, recognising individual and business milestones and high achievers. It was a night filled with fun and celebration as we applauded the dedication and hard work of our brokers in 2023.
